The International Orienteering Federation mourns the passing of Per-Olof ”Peo” Bengtsson (1933-2025). Peo Bengtsson’s vision, enthusiasm, and tireless work helped shape orienteering into the truly international sport it is today. His legacy will live on through the countless athletes, organisers, and federations he inspired.
